Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote and sell our tour packages to B2B clients, travel agencies, and other relevant partners.
– Identify and onboard new affiliates and partners to expand our sales network and enhance revenue streams.
– Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement affiliate marketing programs to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and product improvement.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
– Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
– Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
– Proven experience of at least 3 years in sales, with a focus on B2B sales, affiliate marketing, and business scaling.
– A strong network of industry contacts and a successful track record in the travel or tourism sector.
– Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
– Result-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
– Analytical and data-driven approach to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market.
– Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
