By accessing or using this site, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions, which constitute a binding agreement between you and www.TravelEasyGo.com (a product of TRAVEL EASY GO). If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from using or accessing this site.

For the purpose of this User Agreement, “You” refers to any natural or legal person who becomes a member of the website by providing registration data during the registration process and accepts this electronic version/record of the User Agreement, along with a unique identification username (“Username” and “Password”).

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking any tour or engaging with our tour company. These terms and conditions outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both the tour company (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer (referred to as “you” or “your”).

Cancellation Policy

– Cancellation made 30 days or more before the departure date: 80% of the package price will be applicable as cancellation charges.

– Cancellation made 15 to 30 days prior to departure: 90% of the package price will be applicable as cancellation charges.

– Cancellation made within 15 days before departure: 100% of the package price will be applicable as cancellation charges.

– In case of no show: 100% of the package price will be applicable as cancellation charges.

Cancellation Due to Visa Rejection

All clients traveling on a tour must possess a valid visa. However, kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned consulate/authorities to grant/reject a visa, even after submitting all relevant documents. The company will not be held responsible for such decisions. The role of the company is to provide necessary guidance for visa application, but it is not liable for non-issuance of visa due to incomplete/delayed documents from clients. It is also possible that the consulate or embassy may request the passengers to appear for a personal interview at their discretion. If required documents are not submitted by the client, the issuance of the visa may be further delayed/rejected, and the client will not hold Traveleasygo.com responsible. If the client wishes to reapply for the visa upon rejection, they will be liable to pay the requisite fee to the consulate, and they cannot claim any refund from Traveleasygo.com.



The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay in the hotel or while traveling in the coach. In case of theft or loss of baggage, the tour participant can lodge a complaint with the local authorities at their sole discretion, cost, risk, and consequences.


Age & Responsibility

If you use this site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, username, and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.


Accuracy of Information

www.TravelEasyGo.com (a product of Holidays By Travel Easy Go) does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on this website. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, caused by reliance on this information. The information on this website may be changed or updated without notice. We may also make improvements and/or changes in the products, services, and/or programs described on this site at any time without notice.

Booking and Payment:

  • To make a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself and any other individuals included in the booking.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. The payment methods accepted will be specified during the booking process.
  • Prices quoted are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

Changes and Amendments:

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour itinerary, route, or accommodation due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
  • in the event of a significant change or cancellation initiated by us, you will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund of the amount paid for the affected tour.

Travel Documents and Insurance:

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and obtained before the tour.
  • We recommend that you obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, medical expenses, trip cancellations, or loss/damage to personal belongings during the tou

Health and Safety

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, allergies, or dietary restrictions that may affect your participation in the tour.
  • We reserve the right to deny your participation in a tour or any particular activity if we believe it may pose a risk to your health or safety or that of other participants.

Limitation of Liability

  •  We will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused during the tour unless it results from our negligence or willful misconduct.
  • We are not responsible for any third-party services or activities, including but not limited to transportation, accommodations, meals, or attractions, that are not directly provided by us.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By booking a tour with us, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information.
  • We will not disclose your personal information to third parties unless required by law or necessary for the provision of the tour.
