Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking any tour or engaging with our tour company. These terms and conditions outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both the tour company (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer (referred to as “you” or “your”).
– Cancellation made 30 days or more before the departure date: 80% of the package price will be applicable as cancellation charges.
– Cancellation made 15 to 30 days prior to departure: 90% of the package price will be applicable as cancellation charges.
– Cancellation made within 15 days before departure: 100% of the package price will be applicable as cancellation charges.
– In case of no show: 100% of the package price will be applicable as cancellation charges.
All clients traveling on a tour must possess a valid visa. However, kindly note that it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned consulate/authorities to grant/reject a visa, even after submitting all relevant documents. The company will not be held responsible for such decisions. The role of the company is to provide necessary guidance for visa application, but it is not liable for non-issuance of visa due to incomplete/delayed documents from clients. It is also possible that the consulate or embassy may request the passengers to appear for a personal interview at their discretion. If required documents are not submitted by the client, the issuance of the visa may be further delayed/rejected, and the client will not hold Traveleasygo.com responsible. If the client wishes to reapply for the visa upon rejection, they will be liable to pay the requisite fee to the consulate, and they cannot claim any refund from Traveleasygo.com.
The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay in the hotel or while traveling in the coach. In case of theft or loss of baggage, the tour participant can lodge a complaint with the local authorities at their sole discretion, cost, risk, and consequences.
If you use this site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, username, and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
