– Utilize Excel and other tools to track and manage document flow, maintaining a well-organized system for easy retrieval.

– Collaborate with the team to ensure all client-related tasks are completed efficiently and within designated timelines.

– Maintain a thorough understanding of our tourism offerings, visa requirements, and travel insurance options to assist clients effectively.

– Ensure all communication and documentation meet our quality standards and legal requirements.

– Compile final documents and deliver them to clients, ensuring a seamless client experience.


– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

– Strong communication skills in Hindi and English, both written and verbal.

– Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead management tools.

– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

– Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
