8.Laal Maas & Mohan Maas

Safed Maas is a white, creamier cousin of the laal maas and is a delightful preparation of lamb cooked with dry fruits such as almond-cashew forming a paste with milk, cream, and spices. Junglee Maas, on the other hand, is a dish traditionally made of wild game meat and readily available spices.
